What a treat! Anabeth sent us 4 pictures to show how she made her Stitch in Time quilt 3-dimensional. The picture to the left is the "detail" view of her quilt Almost Finished.
Anabeth started by modifying the Stitch in Time design to take out the pieced quilt - that is quite a feat Anabeth!
Next Anabeth created a beautiful miniature barn-raising log cabin quilt.
Finally, she attached her real quilt "under" the presser foot of the sewing machine and added a piece to look like the final stitches were being taken to finish binding the quilt.
