Picture Piecing Videos
|
| |
Welcome to our brand new videos page where we share videos of steps involved in sewing a Picture Piecing pattern. We've included two formats for each video - QuickTime (.mov) format and Windows Media Video (.wmv) format. To view a video, just click the link for the format you prefer. The movie should open in a new browser window. PLEASE be patient, these video files are big and it may take a few minutes for them to start playing after the new window is opened. |
- Both formats can work on either PC or Mac systems, it depends on how your browser is set up.
- If you are unsure which to choose, we recommend that Mac users try using the QuickTime (.mov) links and PC users try using the Windows Media Video (.wmv) links. (Windows Internet Explorer users, you may have to click the "Allow Blocked Content" message at the top of your screen to allow these videos to play.)
We have now posted 13 videos showing Cynthia England's Picture Piecing technique. Note: In the videos Cynthia demonstrates creating the Ice Cream Cone block a free pattern available on our Free Patterns page, so you might want to download that free pattern and try it yourself. |
