Family Cottage

Diane shared this story about making this quilt:

I attended one of your classes (actually 2) at the Quilters' Heritage Celebration! in Lancaster, PA in April of 2009. After taking your design class, I decided to try my hand at a family cottage picture. The cottage has since been torn down so it meant a lot to me if I could reproduce it. After dozens of "I can't do this", I finally came up with a design. This quilt is the result. It took me a year - but it is done and I am quite pleased with it. Thank you for your classes and for the technique which I love.
